It reads, in part: "I confess that my life has been stormy....I hope that if I am washed up as an entertainer, it won't be because of this bad publicity”…

1962: Mary Wells hits #2 on the R&B chart and #8 (6/09) on the pop chart with

"The One Who Really Loves You"

#1 on the R 'n B chart and #9 (9/22) on the pop chart with
