July 23, 1954: The Robins at Hollywood's Trocadero Club


July 23, 1954:
The Robins, later to find international fame as The Coasters, play the second night of two weeks at The Trocadero, Hollywood, California, USA.




They were pushing their latest hits, like:










And the consequences of  prison life associated with being framed...





Not long after this engagement, THE ROBINS became THE COASTERS
